Boot Camp

The ME Bootcamp has been designed to challenge people from all walks of life, young and old, male or female. No matter what your fitness level, Bootcamp is designed to help.

In six weeks you will see your fitness increase and your waist line decrease.

What you get out of Bootcamp really depends on the effort you put into it. Bootcamp is all about the individual challenge and the collective support and encouragement from your fellow recruits.

To help you achieve and maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle throughout Bootcamp and beyond, your ME drill sergeant will design a program including external training, home exercise, recovery sessions, nutritional advice and eating plans when you start Bootcamp so that you not only achieve amazing results, but also keep that new body in top shape.
